At Infinite Ecom Globe., we curate our products to the highest standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returning items across our various categories.
You have 30 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or perishability reasons:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
As we exclusively operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, approved refunds will be issued via a direct bank transfer or as store credit. Once your return is approved, our support team will contact you to securely collect your bank account details for the transfer. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective electronics item, fashion piece, or toy for the exact same product, send us an email at support@infiniteecomglobe.info within 7 days of receiving your order.
For defective or damaged products, Infinite Ecom Globe will cover the return shipping costs. However, for "change of mind" returns or incorrect sizing orders (e.g., Fashion category), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount before the bank transfer is initiated.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
